Obituary

Andrew Pisecki, "Mr. Pi", age 76, of Delray Beach, FL and formally of Tolland, CT, born in Worcester, MA lost his battle with melanoma on January 8, 2015.  After working as a tool and die machinist with Pratt & Whitney, he found his true calling as a salesman with Willington Nameplates, where he retired after more than twenty years of service. Mr. Pi was an avid fan of the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and the UConn Huskies.  He loved to play Texas Hold 'Em at the casinos.  Life was an adventure to him and he lived life to the fullest.  Andrew is survived by his wife, Nancy Whisler; his mother, Blanche Pisecki of Worcester, MA; four children, Raelene of Clearwater, FL, Robin and husband Sean of Boynton Beach, FL, Douglas and wife Margaret of Oak Ridge, TN, and Eric and Rosie of St. Petersburg, FL.  He is also survived by his sister, Robin Kempskie of Worcester, MA, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews and his beloved dog, Charlie and his very special friend, Marcel Goepfert.  The Family will be receiving friends from 10-10:30AM with a memorial service at 10:30AM at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL on January 31, 2015.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Andrew's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1893, Memphis, TN  38101-9950.  You can donate online by clicking here and choosing 'dedicate my donation'.
