Anita Anne Beaumont, 89, of Coral Springs, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2025.

Born and raised in Rochester, New York, upon graduating high school Anita went on to attend the Rochester School of Nursing, graduating in 1956 as a Registered Nurse. After completing her training, she briefly worked as a flight attendant with Pan Am Airlines, traveling the world until she met the love of her life, Roger Beaumont. Together, they settled in South Florida, where they raised their four children and built a home filled with love for more than 40 years.

Anita's professional career reflected her deep compassion and dedication to others. She practiced nursing at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami and opened the pediatrics unit at Broward Hospital in Margate. She later became a beloved health occupations teacher at Coral Springs High School, where she inspired countless students.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Anita was a woman of many talents and passions. She loved music and was a longtime member of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Coral Springs, where she joyfully sang in the choir. She was also a gifted artist who studied painting and floral design, and an accomplished seamstress who created clothing and costumes for her children. Her creativity, energy, and generosity of spirit touched all who knew her.

Above all, Anita's greatest pride and joy was her family. She cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and her legacy of love and devotion will live on through them.

Anita was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Frances Nanfra; her sister, Patricia Patty; and her beloved cat, Jake. She is survived by her children Paul (Christine), David (Kim), Danielle (Traci), and John; her seventeen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; her nephew Michael (Jan) Patty, and many dear friends and extended family who will remember her warmly and miss her deeply.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated in her honor at 11:00am on Friday, September 5, 2025 at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1401 Coral Ridge Drive Coral Springs, FL 33071.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital .
