Ann L. Alexander, 87 of Delray Beach passed away on March, 12, 2020.  Mrs. Alexander was predeceased by her husband Gerald Meeks in 2017 and her grandson Michael Alexander in 2003.  She is survived by her daughters Tracee Ferrell of Canton, GA; Christi Halcomb (David) of Hot Springs, AR; son, Stephen Alexander (Kelly); grandsons Stephen Jr, Austin, and Liam Alexander and Douglas Ferrell.

Ann moved to Delray Beach in 1971 and was an active board member throughout the years of many organizations including Delray Beach Historical Society and Unity Church. She grew up in Shreveport, LA where she became active in dance including jazz and tap which she taught and would occasionally teach in her church after her arrival in South Florida.  She was extremely passionate about her family, especially her grand children, community and church.
