Anne Jakubowski, 84, of Boynton Beach, FL and formerly of Colonia, NJ passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 with her loving family by her side.  Anne was a natural caregiver.  While raising her own family, she took care of both her mother and sister as well as volunteering her time at the Red Cross.  She was always there for friends and family when needed.  Anne enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, the game of golf and playing Bridge.

Anne is survived by her loving husband of 62 years Walter Jakubowski, her sons Steven Jakubowski and his wife Nancy of Washington, NJ, Alan Jakubowski of FL, her daughter Lynda Hapstak and her husband John of Woodbridge, NJ, Daughter in Law Jennifer Jakubowski of PA as well as her grandchildren Laurel, Brian, John, Nikolas and Ian.  Anne was predeceased by three sons, Paul, Kenneth and John Jakubowski.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, February 27 from 3:00pm–6:00pm with a 4:30pm Scripture Service at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home, 745 N.E. 6 ^th Ave., Delray Beach, FL 33483.  Funeral Mass and Burial will be held in New Jersey at a later date.
