Obituary

Anthony (Tony, Muzzy, Pop) & Marie (Nana) Insinga passed away. Anthony was born on Novemebr 7, 1926 in Sicily Italy to Sebestian & Isabelle Insinga and was a brother to Phillip, Theresa & Salvatore Insinga. Marie was born on March 17, 1927 in Manhassett, LI, NY to Marie & Vincent Rabstejnek and was a sister to Edna, Anna, Vera and Freda. Anthony and his parents moved to the US as a child to Oyster Bay, LI, NY where he attended school to the 8th grade while Marie graduated from Hempstead High School. Anthony joined the US Navy, fighting in WW II. Anthony settled in Levittown were her met and fell in love with Marie and was married in 1947. Anthony & Marie were blessed with 2 daughters Marie & Debbie while they lived in Westbury, NY. Anthony provided for his family by working for the US Postal Service for many years. He began his career in Westbury transferring to Boca Raton and ultimately retiring in Delray Beach. Anthony enjoyed car shows, car races, and collecting model cars. He loved watching wrestling & boxing on television. Marie worked odd jobs through out her life. She loved arts & crafts like beading, crocheting and loved doll collecting and helping others. Anthony & Marie loved their 5 grandsons James, Anthony Clayton, Anthony Gene, Ricky and Lloyd and enjoyed spoiling them. Anthony & Marie loved their granddaughter in-laws Brenda, Sharon, Elissa & Lorena. They both especially loved their great grandkids James, Kyle, Joseph, Crystallee, Brandon, Nicholas, Ashley, Landan, Lindsey,and Anthony Gene & Elissa are expecting their 1st baby boy. Friends may call on Friday, September 7th, 2012 from 9AM to 11 AM at the LORNE & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 745 NE 6th Ave., Delray Beach followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated at 11:45AM at Emmanuel Catholic Church, 15700 South Military Trail, Delray Beach. Interment will follow at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL. Anthony & Marie were loved by many and will be missed by all.
