Arnold G. Miller, 95, of Delray Beach and formerly of Boca Raton passed away peacefully on October 18, 2024. He was a Korean War veteran, United States Army. Arnold was a graduate of the University of Michigan and Bridgeport University where he received his Masters degree. He was a moderator of the UCC Florida Conference and he served the UCC Office of Church Life and Youth Leadership in Cleveland, OH. Arnold was employed by IBM and moved from Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Connecticut and Florida in the United States and provided adventures in new cultures and languages in Stockholm and Paris where the family lived for many years. He firmly believed in exercise, physical training and maintaining a healthy diet. Arnold had many hobbies such as numismatics and studying ancient civilizations. He was an avid Sherlock Holmes fan and read all his books.
He is survived by his wife of 71 years Anita, daughters Sue-Ellen Bouvard of Rhode Island and Lee-Anne Steinhardt of Merritt Island, FL, 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, 11:00AM at the Church of the Palms, 1960 North Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Church of the Palms.
