Arthur "Artie" Brulatour Kelly, 86, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away January 2, 2014. A dedicated member of Ascension Catholic Church in Boca Raton, Florida, Artie came to Florida with his family in 1970 from White Plains, New York and opened Levis' Shops popularly known as "Pic- A- Pants." To all that met Artie, they came to love and respect him for his love of God, country and family. Artie always had a warm welcoming smile for all his family, friends and even those he was meeting for the first time. Artie led each day of life with great integrity, a giving and loving heart, and a gentle soul. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 62 years, Sheila M. Kelly, his adoring children, Soozie Kelly, Jeannie Kelly (Tom) Kulinski, Cathy Kelly (Tom) Habicht, Steve (Karen) Kelly, eight grandchildren and 2 sisters, Isabelle Mills Harbolick, Marie Louise Brulatour Mills and half-brother, John Kelly, sister in laws, Joan Kelly and Jane McCabe, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur H. Kelly and Yvonne Brulatour Kelly Mills, his daughter Betsy Kelly Peschl, his son Arthur "Skip" Brulatour Kelly Jr. and his brother Peter E. Kelly. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2014, from 6 PM to 8 PM at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Ave. (N. Fed Hwy), Delray Beach. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 10, 2014, 10AM at Ascension Catholic Church, 7250 N. Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
