Billie Ratliff Kerr, 71, of Delray Beach, Florida and formerly of Annapolis, Maryland passed away on October 14, 2016. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, William D. Kerr (Bill); stepchildren Lynne Powell (husband, Mark), Christie Kajs (husband, Louis) and David Kerr (wife, Nilda). She is also survived by grandchildren Emily Cory, Stephanie Wasserman (husband, Bryan), Amy Miller (husband, Grant), Lindsay Powell, Coale Cory, Noel Kerr and great grandchildren William Miller, Henry Miller, Carter Wasserman and Harper Wasserman.

She will be always remembered for the love that she gave to her family and friends.

Billie was born in Grundy, Virginia and moved to the greater Washington, D.C. area. She became the President of Product Services, Inc. in Annapolis, Maryland. In 1992, Mrs. Kerr retired to Delray Beach, Florida.

There will be a private family service. In lieu of flowers, it is encouraged that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the Hospice of the Chesapeake.
