Carol L. (Casement) Lewis, 75, of Boynton Beach, FL and formerly of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on July 30, 2018.  She was a graduate of Arlington High School and Dutchess Community College with an Associate's Degree in Professional Nursing.  Carol was very active in community service and churches in New York and Florida.  She held close to her heart spending time with family and friends.

Carol is survived by her husband David, 3 children Darryl Lewis of Boynton Beach, FL, Deanna (Bob) Cook of Rome, NY, Deborah (Chris) Slater, Montclair, NJ, 5 grandchildren Stephanie & Dylan Cook, Zachary & Sophia Slater and Maya Albanese, brothers Robert (Ada) Casement of Poughkeepsie, NY and Douglas Casement of San Antonio, TX and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  She is predeceased by her sister Joan Willoughby.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018, 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Delray Beach, 33 Gleason Street, Delray Beach, FL 33483.
