Catherine (Cathy) Anna Bonacci, 80, of Delray Beach, FL and formerly of Brooklyn, NY passed away peacefully on Friday, August 2, 2024.

Cathy is reunited her with husband, Anthony (Bim) Bonacci.  She was a good-hearted person with a big smile who loved being with her friends and family.  She loved to cook and especially enjoyed going out with her husband and friends.  Cathy donated a kidney to her sister, Jo, years ago, an act of kindness and generosity never to be forgotten.

She is survived by her twin sister, Josephine Currao of Delray Beach, FL and her brother, Vince Currao, of Atlanta, GA and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her brother Mike Currao, and parents Charlie and Jennie Currao.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, 10AM at Emmanuel Catholic Church, 15700 S Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL 33484 with interment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery in Royal Palm Beach, FL.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Trustbridge Hospice of Palm Beach County, FL .
