Charles Carl Bullock, Sr., 89, of Delray Beach, FL and formerly of Deltona, FL passed away peacefully at home on Oct. 6, 2014.
Charles was born in Milmont Park, PA to George and Jenny Bullock on January 17, 1925. He was a proud US Army veteran of WW II. Charles served as a Combat Engineer in the 7th Engineer Battalion. He served with distinction in the European Theater, earning multiple medals and awards. His love of country and his sense of duty were profound.
He moved as a young man from Pennsylvania to Miami, where he married and started a family. Charlie moved his family to the Orlando area in the 1960's, where he operated a home renovation and remodeling business. He moved to Delray Beach in 2004.
He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is predeceased by his wife of 45 years, Juanita Bullock. He is survived by his daughter Jill Hardester and son in law Sig Hardester of Delray Beach, granddaughter Christina Beckman of Las Vegas, NV, and his great grandchildren Claire and Caden Beckman.
