Charles W. Guerin, 74, of Delray Beach, FL passed away on January 11, 2017. Charley joined his parents in Delray Beach in 1980 coming from Carmel, NY. He was an avid outdoors man and spent most of his career in commercial real estate. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne of Delray Beach, FL; 4 daughters, Karen Sue Pourakis and her husband, Gus of Stormville, NY, Debbie Bayer of Fishkill, NY, Heather Trottier-Troetti and her husband Michael of Boca Raton, FL and Marcy Hanaburgh of Carmel, NY; son, Charles W. Guerin Jr. of Carmel, NY; brother, Richard Guerin of MA; 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Charles is predeceased by his parents, Herbert John Guerin in 1994 and Margaret G. Guerin in 2005.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 1:00 PM at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 840 George Bush Blvd., Delray Beach, FL 33483.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice by the Sea (Trustbridge), 1531 W Palmetto Park Rd., Boca Raton, FL 33486.

Following the Memorial Mass, the family will receive friends at their home in Delray Beach.
