Obituary

Charles Yeager Neff Jr., 73, of Boynton Beach, Florida, and formerly of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on December 13, 2018, the day of his late father's birthday and eleven days before his own.

He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Mary Neff of Ohio and more recently North Carolina. He is survived by his wife Cathy Neff of Boynton Beach; daughters Holly Price and Megan Sargent, sons-in-law Jason Price and Brent Sargent, and Grandchildren, Olivia Price and Henry Sargent, all of Boynton Beach; his sister Tamsey Neff Killian of Pinehurst, North Carolina, and Nephew Charles Killian, also of Pinehurst.

'Charlie' Neff was owner and managing director of Palm Industries Ltd. of Boynton Beach, which he established in 1981. Many of his business associates became lifelong friends, a testimony to Charlie's loyalty and kindness. Along with his achievements in business, golfing, boating, and gardening, he was especially proud to earn the 1974 title of "Cleveland's Most Eligible Bachelor," for which he took great delight in recounting as circumstances warranted. However, none of these successes compared to the joy he found in spending time with his two young grandchildren. His outgoing and caring personality, wit and humor, endeared him to family and friends in the US, UK, and The Bahamas.

A memorial service for Charlie Neff will be held at a date to be announced.
