Clifford Paul Rother died on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital in West Palm Beach following a traffic accident.  He was 61 years old.

The second of four children of Werner "Moon" Rother and Norma Sue (Sellers) Rother, Paul was born January 9, 1958, at St. Mary's and grew up in Boynton Beach. He was an Army veteran, having served as a paratrooper, and worked in construction and trucking.

In addition to his father, survivors include his siblings, Jayme Rother of Boynton Beach, Gwen Thomas (Scott) of Buffalo, N.Y., and Raymond Rother of Boynton Beach; sons Joseph Rother (Tiffany) of Dresden, Tenn., and Corey Rother (Joann Richmond) of Delray Beach; grandchildren Abigail and Bryce of Dresden; and his partner, Judy Higginbotham of West Palm Beach.

A private family remembrance is planned.
