Clifford Thomas, 87 of Delray Beach, FL and formerly of 518 Sunshine Drive passed away December 11, 2022. Mr. Thomas was predeceased in death by his twin sisters Hannah and Lillian and survived by his two younger sisters Patty and Cheryl. He was a proud father to his eight children: Vicki, Tom, Steve, Cliff, Chris, Lisa, Betsy, & Travis along with 30 grandkids and 6 great grandchildren.

Mr. Thomas moved to Delray Beach in 1947 and was on the first Delray Beach little league baseball team. He graduated from Seacrest High School in 1956 and was the first drum major. He served in the US Marine Corps after high school then worked at AT&T for 34 years.

Mr. Thomas loved the Delray community and was an active member at St. Paul's Episcopal Church and coached soccer, softball and baseball for almost 20 years. He served on school league boards, Florida Jaycees and owned several businesses including 123 World, Little Folks Children's Wear, and a landscaping company. Once retired he pursued genealogy, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a 5:00 PM Funeral Service at Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33483.
