Colette Kent Paller, 84, of Boynton Beach passed away peacefully on October 31, 2013. She was born on April 13, 1929 in Chicago, IL to William and Kathryn Kent. Colette is survived by her husband of 65 years, Jerry; 6 children, Patricia (Michael) Smith, Joan (Patrick) Lorne, Timothy Paller, Mary K. (Michael) Lorne, Susan Smith, Michael Paller; sister, Mary Katherine Rohan; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Colette was predeceased by her son Jerry Paller, Jr. in 1989 and her sister Joan Hogan. She is also survived by many friends including Marlys Hector and Vanessa Cooper.

Colette and Jerry came to Delray Beach in 1951. She retired from Atlantic Community High School after working as the night school principal's secretary. Colette was also an avid tennis player.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 4, 2013 from 6 to 8pm at the LORNE & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 745 NE 6th Ave. (N. Federal Hwy) Delray Beach. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 10:30am at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 840 George Bush Blvd. Delray Beach.
