He is survived by his daughters, Amanda (Mark) Neill, Brittany Heimbach; 3 brothers, John (Barbara) Mattheu, Louis Mattheu, Robert Mattheu; 2 sisters, Joanne (Randy) McClung, Patricia (Robert) Rutter, 5 granddaughters, Sarah, Jacinda, Ailani, McKenzie and Emma. He was predeceased by his son, David in 2010.
