Obituary

David Milheron, Sr. of Orono, Maine and Delray Beach, Florida.

On Sunday, July 1, 2018, David Milheron, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, passed away in Delray Beach, Florida after succumbing to his years-long battle with cancer at the age of 77, with his wife and family by his side. David will be lovingly missed by his wife of 38 years Carole, three children: sons David Milheron Jr. and Darin Milheron of Orono, daughter Danielle & Travis Cody of Hampden, four stepchildren: Donna & Tommy Rocker of Las Vegas NV, Debby Evinger & Scott King of Denton TX, Diane & Mike Ferron of Standish, and David Desjardins & Flo Jewett of Hampden, Brother Robert & Rachel Milheron of Orono, Sister Cherie & Don of Yarmouth, nine grandchildren: Alexandria, McKenzie, Lauren & Jack, Josh Hansen, Chad Evinger, Jared, Jessica & James Desjardins, and many nieces & nephews.

David was born in Bangor, Maine and predeceased by his parents Gerald & Thelma (Pelletier), and Brother, Jean of Orono. David enjoyed his long career as a Trackman for Maine Central Railroad and remained an avid Rail Enthusiast after his retirement. He also loved sharing his joy of outdoor life, especially at his family camp on Pushaw Lake, and hunting & fishing with his children & family.

A Celebration of David's life will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 1pm at Milheron's camp on Pushaw Lake in Orono.
