Deborah Starnes Cotter of Highland Beach, FL and formerly of Sheboygan Falls, WI passed away on January 21, 2021. She was born to the late William Starnes and Crescentia Baier Starnes on July 14, 1944.

Debby is survived by her devoted husband Jack Cotter, brother David Starnes, and her three sons, Michael Evanoff (wife Lynne), John Evanoff of Boca Raton, FL and Mark Evanoff of Berlin, Germany. She also leaves behind numerous precious grandchildren and great grand-children, loving relatives, and friends.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 11:00AM at Ascension Catholic Church, Boca Raton, FL.
