Deloris L. Cross, 87, of Boynton Beach, passed away on October 3, 2015. She was born on January 24, 1928 in Cairo, IL, where she met the love of her life, James H. Cross. They married on October 26, 1946 and resided in Barlow, KY until 1959 when they relocated to Delray Beach, FL for the best years of her life. Deloris was a longtime member of Cason United Methodist Church Delray Beach and First United Methodist Boynton Beach.

She is survived by her two daughters, Susan Cross and Connie (Kedric "Butch") Aubrey, two grandsons, Jeffrey Allen (Kelly) and James Kyle (Rhiannon), two great grandsons, Keaton James and Jaxson Allen all of Boynton Beach, her niece, Carolyn Ponting of Cairo, IL, nephew, Darryl Gustafson of Hopkinsville, KY all of whom were close to her heart and many other nieces and nephews.

Deloris is predeceased by her husband, James H. Cross in 2003, her parents Allen and Elizabeth Levill, brothers, Floyd, Toney and Virgil "Dude" Levill and sister, Allidean "Dean" Cornett.

Funeral service will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Ave. West Palm Beach , FL 33407. Lorne & Sons Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
