Donna W. Harmening, 82 of Springfield, VA and formerly of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on March 24, 2013. She was predeceased by Edward, her husband of 41 years. She is survived by her three daughters, Elizabeth (Jeff) Johnson, Mary (Mike) Pitman and Patti (Tom) Spulak and eight grandchildren, Katherine, Doug, Patti, Chase, Connor, Mary, John and Sarah. As a resident of Boynton Beach for over 50 years, Donna was active within the local community. This was reflected in her support of her husband, who was a long time mayor of Boynton Beach, and other civic endeavors. She was also an active supporter of the Boynton Beach Library. Friends may call on Saturday, March 30, 2013 from 12:30PM to 1:30PM with a 1:30PM funeral service at the Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Ave. (North Federal Hwy) Delray Beach. Burial will follow at the Boynton Beach Cemetery.
