Donna Goheen Smith, 98, of Delray Beach, FL and formerly of Lake Forest, IL passed away on August 15, 2022.
Donna is preceded in death by her husband Richard M. Smith. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth A. Smith and her husband James W. Ganey, Nancy M. Adler and her husband David R. Adler; her grandchildren, Whitney M. Mandia and her husband Daniel Mandia, and Erin M. Adler and her great-grandson, Luca C. Mandia.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League , 3200 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach Florida, 33409.
