Doris R. Gimbel, 90 of Boynton Beach, born in Philadelphia, PA and longtime resident of Moorestown, NJ died March 21, 2018 in Delray Beach, FL.  She was a stenographer and a travel agent, she played tennis, golf and bridge, enjoying sewing and gardening. Doris' husband James Gimbel predeceased her in May of 2015.  Doris is survived by her sister Eileen Davis of Delran NJ and her four daughters, Carol McLarney (and husband, Tom) of Delran, NJ: Jeanette Shultz (and husband Rich) of Lawrence, KS: Gwenn O'Neill of Delray Beach, FL and Nancy Gimbel, of Copenhagen, Denmark: six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday March 23, 2018 at 10:30 at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 3510 S. Ocean Blvd, Highland Beach FL.
