Edward C. Stec, 88, of Delray Beach, FL passed away on December 17, 2020. Mr. Stec is survived by his spouse of 48 years, Judith D. Stec, daughter Suzette Johnson (David), Edward J. Stec (Elizabeth) and Scott Stec, 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Mr. Stec started his career in Chicago with the Social Security Administration, transferred to the new Medicare Program at its inception, held several positions during his career and retired as the Chicago Regional Director of Health Standards and Quality.  Ed's spouse's career was also with the Medicare Program.

Afterward, Ed was with Stepan Corporation.  Upon their retirements, Ed and his spouse moved to Delray Beach in 1995. Ed volunteered at the Morikami Museum for many years. Funeral Service Private.
