E lizabeth Mary O'Connor-Sangster of Lighthouse Point passed away on Monday, January 13, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer. Elizabeth was the founder and CEO of 31 Ten Fitness and an accomplished fitness pro.  She was a graduate of Pope John Paul II High School in Boca Raton (Class of '94), and studied at Mohawk Valley Community College (class of '96) and Broward Community College (class of '01).  She was passionate about inspiring others to be the best they could be.  Her life's work and passion affected the lives of many; a true motivator and an inspiration to all.  Her positive and genuine manner will be missed by many. Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Bruce Sangster; daughter, Hana Sangster; parents, Robert and Maureen O'Connor; sisters, Cassandra, Kathleen and Margaret; nieces, Jessica, Theresa, Michela and Maddison.
