Frances L. Kelly, 91 of Delray Beach, Florida passed away on November 1, 2021. Frances (known to her family and friends as Viney) lived in Wadesboro, NC her whole adult life until she moved to Florida about 10 years ago.

She was predeceased by her husband Daniel (Buck) Kelly in 2013, her son Daniel Kelly Jr. (Danny) in 1987, and her grandson Mark Hoffer in 2018. She is survived by her daughter Sandra Kelly Baumel and son in law Mike Baumel of Delray Beach, FL, and her son Ronald Kelly and daughter in law Sherrie Kelly of Archer Lodge, NC. Frances was also the proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

A private service was held for her in Delray Beach, FL on November 2nd.
