Frank E Reheis Jr., 77, of Delray Beach, Florida passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 17, 2024 after his battle with Alzheimer's disease.

Frank was born in Newark, New Jersey to his late parents Frank Reheis and Muriel (Monaghan) Reheis on December 28, 1946.  He was a Seton Hall University Graduate with a passion for history and learning, who went on to Rutgers University to gain his MBA.  He worked 43 years and became Vice President of the Edward R DeFeo Agency in Florham Park, New Jersey.

Frank is survived by his devoted wife, Barbara (DeFeo) Reheis, who he shared 52 loving years of marriage.  He is also survived by his son, Frank E. Reheis, III and his daughter Pamela Ziegler and husband David.  Frank also leaves behind his four grandchildren Frankie, Taylor, Mackenzie and Connor, his younger siblings Patricia, Marianne and predeceased by Michael.

Frank prided himself on being a true gentleman.  His love for his family, friends and animals was apparent to all who knew him.  He always loved sharing a laugh, historical reference or baseball statistic.  Frank enjoyed family vacations and cruising with his wife.

Frank will forever be a part of us and will live on through great memories and stories.  He will have a permanent place in our hearts.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 11:00am in the main mausoleum at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936  (973) 887-0286.  A repast luncheon will be held following at 12:30pm at Rockaway River Country Club, 39 Pocono Rd, Denville, NJ 07834  (973) 627-0663.
