Garland W. Cline, 55, of Delray Beach, FL. and formerly of Marion, VA. passed away May 22, 2013 at his home from complications of cancer. Garland excelled in his professional career after graduation from VCU in Richmond, VA., in Health Care Administration. He had been selected as Nursing Home Administrator of the year twice in the state of Florida. Spiritually he attended the Unity Church of Delray Beach. Garland was the seventh of nine children to James G. Cline and Elizabeth Champion Cline (deceased). Siblings and their families include Sharon Huff of Roanoke, VA. Gene "Curly" Cline (deceased), James R. Cline of Marion, VA., Yvonne Woffenden of Rural Retreat, VA., Valerie Doane of Saltville, VA., William G. Cline of Rural Retreat, VA., Richard L. Cline (deceased) and Gary L. Cline of Bristol, TN. Special friends: Ron Williams, Gary Arnold, Tony Rodriquez, Tony Rydzewski, Sergio Peres, and John Graham. He was our beloved brother, friend, uncle, great uncle and son who touched the hearts of everyone that knew him.
