Geraldine Lawson Turner, 91, born June 28, 1926, a lifelong resident of Delray Beach, FL, passed away on October 15, 2017 at her second home in Waynesville, NC where she resided for the last ten years. Gerri was a true entrepreneur with her preschool Turner Nursery School which later became Sugar Plum Tree. Many of Delray's children went to her school. Gerri was a member of the Delray Beach Historical Society, Delray Beach Poinciana Club and Eastern Star. Gerri always put her family first and never knew a stranger and reached out and touched many lives.

She is survived by her son, Harold Lawson (Diane) Turner, daughter, Jo Kimberly (Kurt) Olson, daughter, Christine E. Turner, grandchildren, Jason Turner, Christian Turner, Jennifer (Jeff) Barndt, Turner Olson, Royce (Leslie) Feldman, Matthew Feldman, Joseph Milenkovic, Christian Milenkovic and 8 great grandchildren; Zachary, Brandon, Nicholas, Trey, Royce Ryan, Lucas, Olivia and Lily. Geraldine was predeceased by her husband, Gerald in 1990.

A visitation will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 2PM - 4PM and 6PM - 8PM at Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Ave. Delray Beach, FL 33483. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 10:30AM at St. Paul's Episcopal Church 188 S. Swinton Ave. Delray Beach, FL 33444. Burial will follow at the Delray Beach Cemetery.
