Prestigiacomo, Gioacchino (Jack) A., 82, of Delray Beach, FL, and formerly of Huntington, NY, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2019. He is survived by his loving wife, Caroline, of 59 years; his three children, Patricia (Denny), Joseph and Jo Ann (Joseph); his nephews, Pasquale (Allison) and Nicholas; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Vincent, Stephen, Caroline, Johncarlo and Luca. He is also survived by his sister, Kathy; sister-in-law, Barbara; nephews, Jesse, Casey, Nicholas and Joseph; and many cousins and dear friends. He will be remembered as a mentor to many, the family historian, a culinary enthusiast, the ultimate social planner, but most of all, the husband and father many dream about. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 10:30am at Emmanuel Catholic Church, 15700 S Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL 33484. Interment to follow at Boynton Beach Mausoleum at 1611 S Seacrest Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33435.
