Gloria G. Allen, a life-long resident of Delray Beach and daughter of Arthur W. and Agnes Gove
passed away on September 10, 2016.  She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Walter Hackney "Hack" Allen and three generations of nieces and nephews. Gloria was predeceased by her brother Franklin Gove of Boynton Beach.  In 1944, she traveled the country entertaining the troops with the USO as a singer and dancer.  She owned and operated Gloria's Dress Shops in Delray and Boynton Beach from 1952 until 1991.  Gloria was a life-long member of the First Baptist Church of Delray Beach. She is loved and will be missed by all.

A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church (FBC) of Delray Beach, 16333 S. Military Trail in Delray Beach at 2PM on September 22, 2016.
