Jack David Flockhart, 62, of Lake Worth, Florida passed away peacefully at home on June 7, 2023 surrounded by his family.

Jack was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and resided in South Florida his entire life.  He was a family man who loved everyone and put everyone first.  Jack worked in the concrete business for over 40 years, most recently with Cemex.  What do you say about a man who would do anything possible in the world for anyone?  There was not a day that went by that he didn't go out of his way to help someone, talk to someone, spoil someone or just be there for someone.  His favorite thing to do besides spending time with family was to take those who loved the game of football as much as he did to the Miami Dolphins games and tailgate like many have never seen before.  Jack was a die-hard Miami Dolphins football fan who held season tickets for over 15 years.  During those years, Jack not only went for his own pleasure but to allow others in his life the opportunity to attend games that many had never imagined the ability to attend.  The Miami Dolphins were lucky to have such an amazing fan.

Jack is survived by his mother Connie Brady-Gleim (Lou), sisters Jan Herbold (Jeff) and Lori (Bill) Hall, six nieces and nephews, eight great-nieces and nephews and his loving extended family.  He is preceded by his father Andrew Flockhart, his brother Jim Crane and his sister Mary Brady-Smallwood.  Jack held many parties for different occasions such as the Super Bowl, Orange Bowl, New Year's, Fourth of July or even just to have a party.  Jack didn't ever ask for help nor did he ever expect anything in return.  There was never a bad time to catch Jack, whether morning, noon or night.  Jack was also known for handing out lottery scratch offs to everyone at all family events/functions.  We recently had a "Celebration of Life" per Jack's request and were surrounded by friends, family, neighbors and co-workers, which was so overwhelming with all the love, support and stories shared with us.  Thank you to all who were able to attend.  We love you, Bro! You will be deeply missed!

Family and friends are invited to a memorial gathering on Monday, June 26, 2023 from 10:30am to 11:30am with a 11:30am funeral service at Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue, (Federal Hwy. Northbound), Delray Beach, FL 33483.  Burial will follow at the Boca Raton Cemetery, 451 SW 4th Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
