Jack was born in Cedar Rapids Iowa on January 17, 1927 to Clark and Angeline Little. Jack served in the United States Navy during World War II, based in Guam. He was joined in marriage to Geraldine (Machovec) Little June 12, 1955. They were happily married until Geraldine

s passing in October 2016. Jack and Geraldine lived in Cedar Rapids until 1969 when they and the family moved to Delray Beach, Florida. Jack was a firefighter for the Cedar Rapids fire department and a flight instructor before moving to Florida. After moving to Florida, he worked for the City of Delray Beach as Assistant Director of Public Works. He is credited with the idea of using snow fencing to curb wind blown beach erosion. He started his own sign company called Bright Image Signs in Delray. Jack

s two sons, Mark and Jay, joined him in the sign business.
Jack loved having fun and being with his family. There are many stories of his flying prowess, as not only was he a flight instructor, he also was an accomplished pilot, including being an aerobatics pilot. Jack

s flying skills were written about in a book presented and honored by the Queen of England.
Jack leaves behind three children, Jay Little , Mark Little and Karen Little Frazer, their spouses Kim Little, Sue McCracken Little and Lou Frazer and his grandchildren, Bryan Little, his wife Yvette Little, Nathan Little, David Morrison, Pamela Morrison, and Brian Tyson, Jeff Tyson, Stephen Frazer and Patrick Frazer and one great grandson Braxtyn. Jack passed away on June 3, 2018 after a brief illness living in Fort White, Florida with Jay and Kim Little for the last year and one half (after Geraldine

s passing).
Jack will be placed beside his loving wife at the National Cemetery in Lake Worth Florida in a military service on January 2, 1019 at 11 a.m.
