James F. MacNeil of Delray Beach, Florida and formerly of Oakdale, New York passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.  He served the New York Police Department for 20 years.

James is survived by his wife Ethel MacNeil, his daughters Emily MacNeil and Karissa Lopez, two granddaughters Claudia Lopez and Eva Lopez, and son in law Christopher Lopez.

He will live in our hearts forever.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM with a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida 33483.  Interment will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Boca Raton Mausoleum, 451 SW 4th Avenue, Boca Raton, Florida 33432.
