Jeremy R. Coulombe, 32, of Delray Beach, Florida died unexpectedly on July 30, 2021.  He is formerly from Gardner, Massachusetts.

Jeremy leaves behind his mother, Kathy Boudrieau-Maki of South Barre; his father Ronald Coulombe of California; his brother Joshua Coulombe of Gardner; his sister Olivia Maki of South Barre; his grandmother Norma Boudrieau of Gardner; his partner Meg Daze of Delray Beach; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Jeremy had a love for the ocean and scuba diving.  He had a contagious laugh and a smile that was loved by all.  He will be missed dearly everyday by many.

A private ceremony will be held by his family.
