John T. Dvornik, 46, of Honolulu, HI and formerly of Delray Beach, FL passed away on April 29, 2022.

After John's stepfather, Frank Longo, passed away in December of 2020 and his mom had her knee replaced, John pursued his dream of living in Hawaii. John worked in the restaurant field while attending college there to finish his nursing degree. John also took part in meditation and recovery groups.

He is survived by his mom Carol Longo of Delray Beach, step-sister Elizabeth Rhodes and nieces and nephew.

Friends may call on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:00am with an 11: 00am Funeral Service at the Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33483. After the Service there will be a Gathering at Mom's house, 3770 Satin Leaf Ct, Delray Beach FL 33445, to celebrate John.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to To Write Love on Her Arms , a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people suffering with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide.
