JD Thrower, 63, of Boynton Beach, formerly of Ft. Lauderdale and Brunswick, GA, beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend, passed away Friday after a brief illness. JD embodied love and the Christian virtues that guided his life. He knew no strangers, only friends he hadn't met. JD ran Eagle Graphic Services for more than 20 years, guiding clients and friends in all their graphics and marketing needs. He was born in Dothan, AL, raised in Brunswick, GA, and spent 18 years in Jacksonville, FL before moving to Ft. Lauderdale. He met and married his soulmate, Christine Murray, in Fort Lauderdale, in 1995. Their life together was made complete after the birth of their son, James Andrew Earl "Drew" Thrower in 2001. JD loved everyone he met. He was devoted to his family and never missed an opportunity to serve them and his friends. In addition to his wife and son, JD leaves behind his brothers Richard and Alan Thrower, sisters Jean Thrower Moore, and CleEtta Busby Fisk and countless nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his mother Cleo Parsons Thrower Busby and father James Nelson Thrower. A visitation will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at LORNE & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 745 NE 6th Ave. (N. Federal Hwy.) Delray Beach. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 3:00PM at First Presbyterian Church of Delray Beach, 33 Gleason St. Delray Beach.
