Our beloved brother, Joseph Edward Gwynn, the eldest son of Joseph and Ann Gwynn passed away on May 2nd, 2016 at his home in Delray Beach. A native of Delray, he spent the majority of his life in South Florida. Following graduation from Seacrest H.S. in 1966, he
attended Palm Beach Junior College. He served in the Air Force from 1967-72 at RAF Alconbury, England. Upon finishing, he attended Miami-Dade Junior College and graduated from Florida State University in 1975 with a B.S. in Accounting. He worked in the construction of Epcot Center in Orlando and later he owned a shuttle business, also in Orlando. In the mid-90's he returned to Delray.

Joe is preceded in death by our parents, Joe and Ann, brother Charles Thomas and brother-in-law Bruce DaRos. Surviving family includes: brothers, David (Kathy), John (Elizabeth) and James; sisters Jeanne (Mike), Susan, Mary Alice and Connie (Gary);
nieces Stephanie Glad, and Claire DaRos; and nephews Michael Glad, Daniel Glad, Patrick Gwynn, Colin Gerlach, Daniel Gwynn, Casey Gerlach, Jeffrey DaRos and Cary Gwynn.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends at the residence of Jim Gwynn on June 24th at 6:00PM following a private ceremony. The family requests no flowers or gifts, but if so inclined please consider contributing to your favorite charity.
