Leonard A. Desmond, 79, of Delray Beach passed away on February 27, 2023.

He is survived by his children Marianne (Michael) Welz and Leo (Elizabeth) Desmond, his grandsons Ethan, Shane and Trey Welz, and his sister Christine (Stephen) Ponzillo. He retired from IBM in 1999 after 34 years.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023 at 10:30AM at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 840 George Bush Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33483.  Entombment will follow at the Boca Raton Mausoleum, 451 SW 4th Avenue, Boca Raton, FL 33432.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Trustbridge Hospice at Delray Medical Center .
