Lillian D. Carraway, 95, of Delray Beach passed away on November 8, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Robert S. Carraway, and her son, Gary B. Carraway. She is survived by her sons Robert (Mary Jane) Carraway of Yalaha, Florida and Richard (Carol) Carraway of Lebanon, Ohio as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She lived for many years in Chester, Massachusetts, before moving with her late husband to Sunrise, Florida. In recent years, she was a resident of Abbey Delray South.
