Margaret Russell Echtermeyer, 82, of Delray Beach and formerly of Hampton Bays, NY passed away on January 20, 2014. Margaret was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 10, 1931. She worked as a Legal Secretary for many years in New York City before retiring to Delray Beach. Margaret is predeceased by her husband, William F. (Bill) Echtermeyer in 2006. She is survived by her sister Helen Gran and three nephews, Philip, Robert, and John Gran. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, February 3, 2014 at 9:30AM at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home (745 NE 6th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL) followed by a funeral service at 11:15AM. Burial will follow at the South Florida National Cemetery (Lake Worth) at 12:45PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Palm Beach County.
