Ms. Maria Theresa (Teri) Sica, 79, of Delray Beach, Florida and formerly of Jersey City, New Jersey passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022.

She is survived by her sister Joanne Diaz of Missouri, brother Vincent Sica of New York, nieces Alicia Diaz, Jennifer Diaz, Suzanne Brem (Sica), nephews Victor Sica and Stephen Sica along with many grand nieces and nephews, and beloved dogs Huey and Pepper.

Teri grew up in Jersey City, New Jersey and had two careers before retiring...an educator and a financial planner. Once she retired, she made Florida her home where she loved her community and her bright, cheery patio. Teri was dedicated to many causes, but it was animals that were her passion. She cared for many dogs over the years, and supporting the shelters that supported her beloved pets was very close to her heart. Teri was full of life, opinions, and laughter, and had many close friends and family sitting a spell on her patio. Besides her doggies, some of her favorite things were her trips to Italy, her place at the Jersey Shore, her family and Italian food. She had the biggest heart and will be missed by so many.
