Marian J. Buehler, 96, of Delray Beach, FL went to heaven on October 6, 2016. She was born at home in the suburbs of Philadelphia and was raised in Glenolden, PA, Delaware County. Marian was the daughter of the late Charles and Martha Knox and sister to the late Forrest T. Knox. She graduated from Glen-Nor High Scholl, Class of 1938. Marian was married to Joseph Michael Buehler; owner of John's Beach Service on November 24, 1945 and started their life in Delray Beach, FL. Marian and Joe raised their family in Myrtle Beach, SC. and later they retired to Delray Beach, FL. She was a devout Catholic and was a parishioner of St. Andrews Catholic Church in Myrtle Beach, SC and St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church in Delray Beach, FL. Marian serviced God by being a wonderful wife and mother and touched many people with her kindness and generosity. She was commonly referred to by many of her adopted children as "Mrs. B." Marian always said, "She loved her life that God gave her through her family and especially with her friends." She is survived by her two children, Joseph Charles "Chuck" Buehler and Patricia Dianne "Patti" Buehler both of Delray Beach, FL and several nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2016, 1:00PM at the Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL. Interment will be held at a later date at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL.
