Mary Norton Christie, of The Village of Golf, FL and formerly of Larchmont, NY, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, died peacefully at The Hospice Pavilion of Jupiter, Florida on Monday, November 2nd. The cause of death was lung cancer. Mary was born on May 25, 1924 in Chicago, IL.  Mary was a graduate of Scarsdale High School and attended Smith College. She was a member of Winged Foot Golf Club, where she was the women's golf champion twice. She was a member of The Ocean Club, The Country Club of Florida and Gulfstream Golf Club.  In addition to her love of golf, Mary was an avid bridge player.  Family and friends were Mary's passion and delight.  Spending time with her family was her number one priority.

She is survived by her sons, Robert E. Christie IV of Stuart, FL and Neil N. Christie of Tequesta, FL; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Mary was predeceased by her husband, Robert E. Christie III; daughter, Jean N. Christie; granddaughter, Jean E. Christie; grandson, Neil N. Christie, Jr.
