Melisa Dawn Newman, 46, of Delray Beach unexpectedly passed away on August 5, 2018.  Melisa is the beloved wife of Donald Robert Newman.  She was also the daughter of Dr. Perry and Reta Miller.  Melisa is survived by a sister in North Carolina, her husband Neal Grant and two nephews, a brother from Greenacres and his son, brothers-in-law and families, Andy, Pam, Connor and Hannah Newman of Las Vegas, NV and Bill, Brenda, Nicky, and Brianna Newman of Peabody, MA.

Friends who were such an important part of her life who will miss her hugs and smiles include: Bill, Nancy and Poochie, Terry, Sandra and Will, Sam and Sheila, JT and Nikki, Tim and Rosie, Silvio and Pina, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Allen, Mr. Nelson Oliveira, Brett Levinson, Bob and Raven, Robin, Rachel, Ron, Maffer, her many wonderful friends from La Padella and her many other friends.  Melisa, we will all miss you.

Because of the kind generous person Melisa is, two children will receive her eyes.

In lieu of flowers, Melisa would appreciate donations be sent to the Lupus Foundation .

Monday, August 20, 2018 at 1:00pm a Memorial Service will be held at Melisa's favorite restaurant La Padella, 4900 Linton Blvd., Suite 14, Delray Beach, FL 33445.

Melisa, because you are now looking down on us the sun will be shining more brightly.
