Michael "Hoppy" Hotchkiss, 66, of Boynton Beach, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 12th, 2017. Hoppy was born in Lantana, on March 21st, 1951 to Lynn and Dorris Hotchkiss. He is survived by wife Deborah, sons Matthew and James, Daughters Anne and Kate, and grandchildren Maya Nadia Lucas and Asher, as well as many other loving family members. He was a an exceptional husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Hoppy was a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 630 for over 45 years. He was a coach and umpire for Boynton Beach Little League, and was an FHSAA umpire in Palm Beach County for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing for large mouth bass, and watching Boston Red Sox games. At the deceased's request, there will be no memorial service and his ashes will be scattered in the Atlantic Ocean, East of the Boynton Inlet. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Peggy Adams Animal Shelter of West Palm Beach
