Michael Polkowski, age 24, of Delray Beach, passed away on Monday, May 2nd, 2016. Michael was born and grew up in Lantana. He was a graduate of Park Vista High School. He is survived by his loving parents, Joseph R. Polkowski of Delray Beach, and Laura Lowman of Lake Worth; sister, Leah Polkowski Fox (Justin) of Land O' Lakes, and his brother Joseph of Delray Beach. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, May 7th, 2016 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM with a 12:30PM Memorial Service at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home, Delray Beach, FL.
