Mildred Gibson Mays, longtime resident passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Delray Beach, FL.  She was born on June 27, 1928 to Chester A. Gibson and Pearl Mae (Pope) Gibson in Winchester, KY.  Mildred was a very special mother, grandma and friend.  Grandma was a blessing to any and everyone she touched and spoke to throughout her life.

Her faith was the most important thing to her, and the next was her family which she loved. Survived by, Son's Mike Mays and Joey Mays; daughter, Peggy Gibson and Betty Mays Riblett; Grandchildren, Kerry Sleap, Jenna Harrison, Scott Mays and Kelsey Riblett; Great Grandchildren, Raeghan Sleap, Toby Sleap, Tyler Sleap, Dilana Harrison and Charlie Harrison.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Linville Cole and son, Billy Ray. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 11:00 am at Lakeview Church, 2599 North Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444.

Burial will follow at the Delray Beach Cemetery.
