Nancy Cetone Freeman, born September 6, 1941, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 5. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, she subsequently graduated from Skidmore College and pursued a banking career where she met her late husband Bob. Nancy was an avid and excellent bridge player. She was a member of several clubs and organizations including the Little Club and the English-Speaking Union. Nancy also served as President of the League of Women Voters of South Palm Beach County. She was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church of Delray Beach where she served as deacon for several years. She is survived by her son Matthew.
A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 33 Gleason Street, Delray Beach on Saturday, March 19th at 11:00 AM with a reception to follow at the Church. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Delray Beach, 33 Gleason Street, Delray Beach 33483.
