Naomi “Ruth” Neher, 82, of Delray Beach, FL and formerly of Rolla, MO passed away on August 2, 2026.
Ruth is survived by her daughter Erin McLaughlan-Graham & husband Lou Graham of Delray Beach, FL, her grandson, Sean McLaughlan, 2 sisters Ardith McComb (William McComb) and Elaine McDowell (Jack McDowell).
A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 400 N Swinton Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444.
